Our new web based ticket system goes live.

We are proud to announce that we have upgraded our web based ticket system to include our accounting system. It has been a long road since the first version of our ticket system went live on 2007-03-26.




Many new features were added and the system now has full accounting functionality. Here are just a few of our new ticket systems features:



  • Ticket email notifications now include SLA usage stats as well as items supplied.

  • All our quotes are generated through the system and are emailed out in PDF format.

  • Invoices and statements are now also generated and emailed out in PDF format.

  • Improved user interface and menu structures enhance our productivity.
